Our Mission

Our mission at Discount Textbooks is to give the students of the University of British Columbia a cheaper alternative for textbooks and course materials.

Our History

Discount Textbooks was first opened in 1997 in the UBC Village, in a building where the UBC Marketplace complex now stands. In 2000, we moved to a location on West 10th Avenue, outside the University Endowment Lands. In 2003, we moved to our current location in the UBC Village.
