Use of a
Parent/Guardian's Credit Card
If paying with a credit card which
is not your own, such as a parent/guardian's credit card, a signed note
from the cardholder must be presented to the cashier at the time of use.
We do this for security purposes. A telephone authorization from the
cardholder is also accepted. Below is a form that can be used in our
store should you wish not to use a note. The student using the card mist
also bring a piece of identification.
