Ordering Instructions
When ordering your EOSC 314 Textbook, please use the form provided above.
On the order form, please ensure you fill in your personal information, and include the shipping option you'd like use by typing in the shipping dollar value into the "Shipping & Handling" box towards the bottom of the form.
Once the form is complete, please save a copy to your computer.
Once
that is complete, you may email your completed form as an attachment to disctext@aol.ca. Please use EOSC
314 Ordering the subject line of your email.
Once we receive your order, we will send out a confirmation email. You must confirm your order by replying to the confirmation email. We will not process your payment until we receive the confirmation email. After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the Canada Post shipment tracking number.
An alternative to online ordering is faxing your order to our store location at: (604) 221-1329. You may also come to our store location and buy your textbook from there.
