When ordering your textbook, please use the form provided above or your order will not be processed.

Once the form is complete, please save a copy to your computer.
Once

Once we receive your order, we will send out a confirmation email. You must confirm your order by replying to the confirmation email. We will not process your payment until we receive the confirmation email. After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the Canada Post shipment tracking number.
